YOUR ARCHITECT
Miriam Herten - Architect of the Human Operating System
My role is not to coach you.
It is to architect the system beneath your leadership -
the one carrying your decisions, your relationships, and the weight of what you’ve built.
I work at the intersection where high-stakes leadership meets the intelligence of the human body.
Where boardroom pressure meets nervous system reality.
Where brilliance gets constrained not by strategy - but by survival wiring.
I don’t help you perform better.
I help you operate from coherence.
Why this work exists
I’ve spent years inside complex systems - human and institutional.
I’ve seen how excellence is sustained.
And I’ve seen where it quietly erodes.
The pattern is always the same:
Leaders optimize everything external -
strategy, capital, teams, execution.
But the system running it all is left to absorb pressure indefinitely.
This work exists because I understand where that pressure crystallizes -
and how to release it without dismantling what you’ve built.
My background spans disciplines most keep separate.
Scientific and therapeutic foundations:
M.Sc. Environmental Science
B.Sc. Physical Therapy
Researcher at SUPSI RESlab (Rehabilitation & Exercise Science Laboratory), Landquart
Project Manager at the AO Foundation
Somatic and leadership mastery:
Certified Business & Embodiment Coach
Fascial Maneuvers Practitioner
Breathwork & Movement Coach
My Path: Integrated, not linear
This convergence - from rehabilitation science to medical innovation, from physical therapy to fascial release, from systems thinking to human operating systems - allows me to see what others miss.
I don’t work on the mind or the body in isolation.
I work with the operating system that connects them.
What I Care About
My only metric is sovereignty.
That the leaders shaping our world are not slowly eroded by the systems they command.
That success does not come at the cost of aliveness.
That legacy is not only measured in wealth, but in coherence, presence, and integrity.
This work is my contribution -
to ensure that power and humanity are not mutually exclusive.
My Standard
I work with few leaders annually.
Not because of scarcity -
but because this level of depth requires presence, attention, and integrity.
Readiness matters more than wealth.
Capacity matters more than ambition.
I am not interested in temporary relief or performance spikes.
I am committed to systemic change that endures.
If You Feel the Resonance
If something here feels familiar - not intellectually, but physically -
that matters.
This is not about belief.
It’s about recognition.
When you are ready, the conversation begins quietly.
